Wrestling Season Ends

Jacob Fay ’16 and Nicholas Linden ’16 both wrestled for the Saints this inaugural year with the West Seattle High School squad as Seattle Lutheran HS wrestlers. There were many meets and tournaments around the Puget Sound region where they both gained valuable experience.

Jacob placed third at Tri-District tournament; he was disqualified while wrestling for first place and advanced to Regionals.

Nicholas placed fifth in his weight class and was eligible to go to Regionals as an alternate in case someone else got hurt or missed weight.

It was a season of learning for our young team and they look forward to next year and hope more guys join the team.
