Embrace the Grace

As we take some time to reflect in Seaside, we all had time to breathe and connect. In our busy world and busy lives every morning as we get ready for the day, we can anticipate something going wrong or some unfriendly encounter or a boiler does not pass inspection.  Bills keep arriving and pressures at the workplace don’t escape us. Life is predictable that way and in general, can be overwhelming at times. Take a second look in the mirror and take a deep breath to Embrace the Grace.

Our staff had a terrific opportunity to take a breath in beautiful Seaside, Oregon. As we had the opportunity we walked on the beach and in quiet moments heard God whisper in our ear:  “My grace is sufficient for you.  My grace is all you need, for my power is greatest when you are weak.”  2 Corinthians 12:9

If you doubt the power of Grace in a good morning smile, make an effort to stop by a classroom.  You’ll find yourself embraced with unconditional acceptance, embraced with grace. It’s really worth a try.
