Purpose of the Senior Project:
The purpose of the Seattle Lutheran Senior Project is for the student to become aware of a broader scope of living by contributing to the well-being of others through 60 hours of volunteerism and/or research, along with learning new skills (adjusted for Covid-19). In doing this, our hope is that the student will experience joy through serving others. Community service is intended to be the major focus of senior project and your project should benefit others. The senior project is intended as an opportunity for students to learn a new skill and information and to share that skill. Senior Project presentations are held in the spring in front of a panel made up of teachers and staff. All the necessary information for Senior Projects are listed in the links below.
