Student Activities

Seattle Lutheran offer students the opportunity to get to know and work with each other, across grade levels, outside the academic classroom. At SLHS clubs and activities are organized and run by students and supervised by faculty moderators. Activities such as the Penny Drive, spirit week, dances (Homecoming and Prom), ASB fundraisers, Pancake Breakfast, and Giving Day are some of the events that our students get involved with. SLHS offers students the opportunity to “find their people.” If a student has an interest that they want to find others who also share this interest, the opportunity exists for them to create a proposal, find a staff supervisor and offer it as an activity to the student body.

Current clubs at SLHS include: Robotics, Key Club, Math Club, Gaming Club, APush, and Drama. The ASB leadership team along with student council provides valuable opportunities to enhance students’ leadership and social experiences that they will use in their future pursuits.

Student Dances:

Students enjoy at least three dances a year – Homecoming hosted by the ASB, TOLO hosted by the Sophomores, and Prom organized by the Junior class. If you are a current student and would like to invite a student from another school please download and fill out the Dance Request form and return to the main office. All guests must be approved by the administration before attending.
